Refund Policy

The window. You can request a full refund at any time before release-day access opens — that includes preorders bought months in advance. There’s no fee and no questions asked; just ask before your show’s watch access begins.

How to request. Email hello@ballyhoo.show from the same address you used to purchase, and include the show name so we can find your order quickly.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund covers the full amount you paid, including the service fee and any sales tax.

What happens to access. Once a refund is issued, your ticket is canceled and watch access to that show is revoked immediately.

After access opens. Once release-day access begins, refunds are no longer available on request. If you’re having trouble watching — buffering, a broken angle, a device issue — contact us and we’ll help; playback problems are handled case by case and may still qualify for a refund or credit.

Chargebacks. If something’s wrong with your order, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and chargebacks take longer to sort out for everyone involved.
